Training Portfolio
Three formats, one goal: making your organization resilient in the age of AI
From the everyday user to the security team to the boardroom.
Workshop 1
Safe AI use in everyday work: for everyone, no technical background required.
Your teams are already using AI, with or without a policy. Every prompt containing customer data, every AI-drafted contract clause, every "quick question" to a chatbot is a potential security and compliance event. The biggest AI risk in most organizations isn't the technology. It's untrained use of it.
All employees who use AI tools in their daily work: marketing, sales, HR, finance, legal, operations. No technical knowledge required.
Half-day workshop, on-site or remote. Scalable to any group size. Interactive, with real-world scenarios from your industry.
Employees who use AI productively and safely, and who become your first line of defense instead of your largest attack surface.
Workshop 2
Hands-on upskilling for Red Teams, Blue Teams, and developers.
AI systems break differently. Prompt injection, jailbreaks, data exfiltration through model outputs, poisoned training data, insecure agent architectures: classic security training doesn't cover any of it. If your organization builds or deploys AI, your security and engineering teams need to attack and defend these systems firsthand.
Red team and blue team members, security engineers, and developers building or integrating AI systems. Solid technical foundation expected.
Intensive hands-on training, strictly limited to 10 participants for individual depth. Participants bring their own laptop. Live lab environment provided. One to two days depending on scope.
A security team that doesn't just know AI threats from slide decks. They've executed them, defended against them, and can test your systems tomorrow.
Workshop 3
Risk, governance, and accountability. The leadership briefing.
AI risk is now board-level risk. Regulators (EU AI Act, NIS2, sector-specific rules), customers, and insurers increasingly expect demonstrable AI governance. When an AI incident happens, the question won't be whether your engineers understood the technology, it will be whether leadership understood the risk.
C-suite, board members, business unit leaders, and senior decision-makers responsible for AI strategy, risk, or compliance.
Executive briefing, half-day. Boardroom setting or leadership offsite. Discreet, discussion-driven, tailored to your industry and AI maturity.
Leadership that can make informed AI decisions, demonstrate governance to regulators and customers, and ask the right questions before an incident, not after.
